Our offer
Kimby helps children to discover and develop their unique potential.
Early language support
Children need language to find their way around with other children, at school and later at work. Kimby promotes the children's communication skills in German and - depending on the location - also in English.

Through themed weekly plans, group activities and age-appropriate, individual sequences, we offer a wide range of language support. Recurring rituals in the morning and afternoon circle, singing, storytelling and free play are part of everyday life at the daycare centre, as are targeted learning sequences with educational teaching aids (learning and play stations) in small groups. In this way, language is taught in a playful and effective way.
Our development goals
-
Using everyday situations as a conversation starter
-
Discovering the environment by naming objects and their properties
-
Expressing feelings and thoughts linguistically
-
Exploring language with sounds, songs, sayings and verses
-
Using and exploring picture books and other children's media
-
Leading and accompanying conversations in plenary or in pairs
-
Using language in different situations
Early language development is very important to us. This is why Kimby continuously invests in training its staff in this area. By specifically promoting communication in German and - depending on the location - in English, the children develop lasting self-confidence and self-assurance. This competence supports the child on its individual path in life.

Our development goals are based on the individual developmental stage of each child. The diverse opportunities for movement in everyday daycare centre life provide support:
-
coordination
-
speed of reaction
-
the sense of orientation
-
balance
-
strength and endurance
Even as babies, children develop children develop a feeling for the use of their physical strength by turning around and later pulling themselves up on furniture. The joy of movement is particularly important to us and is actively encouraged in everyday life at the daycare centre. Kimby is Purzelbaum and Burzelbaum certified.
Social competences
The development of social skills is of great importance for children. Our pedagogically qualified team is enthusiastically committed to helping children develop healthy self-confidence and self-awareness. Through play, they learn to recognise their needs and represent them to the outside world.

Making friends
-
Getting to know other cultures through intercultural experiences
-
Training empathy
-
Mutual consideration
The children find confidence in a regular daily routine with rituals, fixed bedtimes and mealtimes as well as clearly defined rules. Within these structures, they are regularly encouraged to make their own decisions and play an active role. In this way, they grow into self-confident and empathetic personalities.
